To some,
making the decision to specialise in these areas might
appear a risky strategy, but for Joseph, it just seemed like
a natural progression. As he says, 'I'd been helping
clients with a variety of issues for 4 years but found that
I was getting my best results in two particular areas.
Initially I was having success with helping clients lose
weight and soon after, I was able to transfer this success
over to the field of smoking cessation. These issues
are closely linked as they both involve the breaking of
often deep rooted habits. That's why it made sense to focus
mainly on these two areas. Specialising in these two fields,
means I can offer a better service than if I were covering a
wider range.
