Firstly, the
sessions are planned on an 'Introductory' and 'Main' basis.
This means that in the first session you'll be talking to
Joseph about the history of your smoking habit. Your reasons
for smoking, your motivation to stop and your favourite
times to smoke are all established.
Then, a
relaxing state of trance is induced. Over time, Joseph will
be using the power of suggestion to get you in the right
frame of mind to stop.
Anything from
a day to a week later is the 'Main' session. This session is
designed to be the time when you
say 'Good Bye'
to the need to smoke.
Regression,
anchoring, parts therapy and the release of unwanted
emotions are all techniques used to help you enjoy your new
life as a non-smoker. Once you leave the session,
rather than worrying about the onset of cravings, you'll
feel happy about your the decision you've made.
Joseph is
always willing to remain in contact by phone or email if any
further assistance or support is required. Also
included in the original cost is a free follow up session
that can be used at any time. |
